Why stop at 10, when you can go to 11? After all, it’s “one” louder. OK, so maybe this sounds like a scene right out of This Is Spinal Tap, but the fact is I couldn’t narrow it down any further. Now that DVDs have all but replaced CDs in total rock and roll immersion, I was knocked out and bowled over with all the hot discs that flooded my mailbox in 2008. Did I miss any? Probably.
